One of our clients, an established, fast growing contact center company based in Diep River is looking for a Human Resources Generalist.

The Purpose of this role is to provide day to day HR support to a fast- paced growing contact center organization. Therefore Contact Center experience is essential.

Minimum Requirements:

3 year HR degree/diploma from an accredited institution
Min 1-2 years’ experience in Similar role
Must have contact center experience ( Essential)
Thorough understanding of all relevant Legislation including LRA, BCEA, EE etc.

Clear credit and criminal record
Good administrative skills
Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
Understanding of remuneration and benefits, and previous payroll experience advantageous
Previous experience in a contact center environment

Competencies required:

Computer Literacy at an intermediate level specifically MS office
High level of confidentiality and integrity and ability to remain professional at all times
Excellent communication, written and spoken skills – able to communicate at all levels within business
Excellent planning and organising skills
Able to multitask
Function under pressure and maintain a positive can do attitude
Self-motivated, take responsibility and have a sense of pride in their work
