Job Title: HR Generalist

Overview:
Our client’s Medical Mobile Facility is a Rural Outreach program that will initially be delivered in the Deep Rural Area in North West with multipurpose Mobile Medical Units. The Mobile Clinic serves to deliver healthcare at doorsteps by providing clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic care; it will also serve as an instrument to create health awareness amongst population.

Minimum Requirements
? Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
? 5+ years’ experience in HR
? Expertise in HR policies and procedures
? Strong knowledge of hiring/Recruitment processes
? Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
? Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
? Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
? Familiarity with MS Office suite
? Excellent communication skills
? Driver’s License + Own Transport
? Must be prepared to travel

Responsibilities subject but not limited to:
? You will be the first point of contact and provide support for all general HR inquiries and responding in a timely and accurate manner.
? Effectively managing HR Services in boxes and ensuring all tasks are completed
? Support the delivery of a HR Administration service which may include processing.
? Operate as an effective team member, assisting others and providing training where required
? Identify any potential issues and problems and escalate to the Hr Manager as they arise
? You will also follow up on candidates referencing, ensuing everything is compliant before booking candidates for interviews or on to a training
course and getting them started within their roles.
? Ensure time sheets are submitted timeously to HR Manager / Payroll
? Travel to various parts of the countries to conduct interviews and provide relevant feedback to manager
? Deal with IR issues as and when the need arises.
