HR Management Consultant - People and Organisation (P&O)

Location: Durban, KZN
Salary: Negotiable

Purpose of the Role:
To be a key contributor to the People and Organisation (P&O) business within the local government sector. Responsibilities range from sales, solution development to the building of an expert People and Change team.

Requirements:
Relevant undergraduate degree, Honours degree preferable
HR consulting experience (at least 4 years).
At least 4 years consulting experience
Valid driver's license
Deep understanding HR and HR consulting.
Expert and professional HR registrations and qualifications.

Duties:
Build P&O solutions to add real value to clients.
Market, sell and close P&O opportunities in the market.
Build a network of clients
Build meaningful relationships with key clients.
Know the P&O global solutions sets and be connected to the P&O global network of experts.
Working closely with team to deliver projects
Coaching teams throughout multiple assignments, providing technical and risk management.
Sales and marketing experience relating to Human Capital professional services.
Management of sales, utilization, profitability and production targets.
Leadership experience in a similar role.
Ability to manage consulting teams.
