Corporate company requires a talented, self driven and well presented candidate to join their growing company. Some of the job responsibilities entails health and safety, payroll, recruitment, performance management, HR audits and CCMA cases.
Must have Matric and a relevant HR Degree or 3 year Diploma. Knowledge of various Labour Relations Acts (LRA, BCEA, SDA and EEA) and dealing with Unions. Work experience in a factory environment and knowledge of labour law is non negotiable.
