Established Company looking to appoint an HR Manager.
Matric.
HR Degree essential.
Good working knowledge of Labour Law.
Driver's License and Own Car.
Min. 3 to 5 Years in a similar role.
Experience working on VIP People an advantage.
Must be willing to travel Nationally and stay overnight.
Experience working within a large organization.
Good computer literacy in MS Office.
Assertive and outspoken individual would be most suited to this role.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadline.
Self motivated individual required.
Strong administration skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to develop and maintain relationships with all levels of Staff.
Experience working with Unions an advantage.
Duties would include:
- Implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Recruitment and Selection
- Industrial Relations
- Internal Disciplinary matters
- CCMA representation
- Performance management
- Implementation of training plans
- Employment Equity reporting
