Our client, global competitor in the petroleum industry, requires the services of a Human Resources Manager, to join their team in Bedfordview. The successful candidate should be a self-starting professional seeking a challenge and be willing to grow with the company.

Minimum Requirements:
? Tertiary qualification: Human Resources Management
? 3 – 5 Years in Generalist Human Resource Management of which at least 2 years must be in a management/leadership capacity
? Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint
? Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport


Duties:
(Including but not limited to)
? Manage the entire HR process.
? Ensure contracts of new staff are completed and adhere to legislation.
? Implement staff wellness program Accurate processing of all HR Administration functions such as minutes, warnings, investigations, leave, casual wages etc.
? Ensure the induction of new employees.
? Managing the Human Resources team.
? Ensure standards of excellence are achieved and maintained in all Human Resources processes.
? Assist with the implementation of appropriate disciplinary and grievance procedures to promote co-operation and workplace harmony, consistency and fairness.
? Ensure all HR Policies and procedures are implemented.
? Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
? Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.
