An exciting opportunity for an articulate, strong, dynamic candidate to join this growing South African FMCG corporate.

Our client requires an experienced HR/Transformation Manager to facilitate and manage the national HR portfolio including BBBEE transformation. This role will provide operational direction and support to the senior management team and line management in respect of HR and transformation within the company

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Talent Management - Create systems to enable a high performance culture; Talent retention and pipeline management for succession planning; Reward and Recognition; Diversity and change management; Performance and Development review - process management; Attitudinal surveys; Exit interview facilitation.

Recruitment - Create preferred supplier database of recruitment agencies; Recruitment process management and support; Orientation and induction programme.

Training and development - Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with training providers through training programme research, interactive communication; course screening to establish content relevance, delegate feedback processes, and negotiated pricing agreements; Training plan preparation and implementation through interactive line management communication; Bursary programme process management; Project management of Intern programmes; SETA/SDF communications - returns and submissions.

BEE Project Management - Assist with the implementation of the company’s BBBEE transformation plan through project management; budgetary planning and control; building sustainable partnerships and process management.

Compliance - Collaborate with other departments as appropriate to identify and address potential areas of compliance and risk in relation to human resource matters (POPI and PAIA); Employment Equity Report compilation; Skills Development Act; Health and Safety participation in meetings; Environmental sustainability.

Employee Relations - Conflict resolution facilitation where appropriate; Support to Owen Adendorff and Associates in relation to IR matters.

REQUIRED SKILLS - Sound knowledge of all areas pertaining to Human Resource Management including, recruitment and selection, legislative frameworks, skills development, change management, organizational design, talent management, labour relations, compensation and benefits, and a working knowledge of the Codes of Good Practice on BBBEE Strong project management skills; Budget planning and cost management skills; Process management and problem solving; Excellent computer literacy skills; Excellent communication skills.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS - 5 years HR and transformational experience; Relevant diploma/degree essential; Must be prepared to travel to Johannesburg monthly; Driver’s licence.
