HR MANAGER
Our client is looking for two professional and influential team players , who can add significant value to the HR function of the International business unit . These positions, reporting directly to the Head of HR for International, are exciting and challenging opportunities that will require the successful candidates to contribute significantly to enabling the IBU’s people objectives & growth plans.

IR, ER and Discipline Management
Partnership Management
HR Administration, Analytics & Reporting :
HR Operational Plans & Projects
QUALIFICATIONS AND LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A relevant qualification in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology.
Proven experience in a Sr. HR Generalist/HR Manager role (preference will be given to candidates with HR experience in contact centres within the BPO industry.
Experience in and a sound understanding of best practices in the following categories:
Employee Relations & IR
Performance Management
Leadership Coaching
HR Analytics & Reporting
Job Analysis
Recruitment & selection for bulk, as well as leadership positions (including exposure to competency-based selection tools)
Induction & On-boarding
Talent Management
Employee Engagement
A solid working knowledge of the latest Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
A sound working knowledge of all SA labour legislation
Sound business acumen
JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Facilitation & presentation skills
Project management skills
The ability to:
work in close partnership with relevant business partners and COEs giving professional and expert advice on HR & IR best practices
