HR MANAGER (EAST LONDON)

Degree/Diploma in HR/Labour Relations with 5 years generalist experience at a management level from a manufacturing environment. Extensive experience of Bargaining Council agreements, BCEA, EEA, LRA, WSP, ATR & BBBEE with experience in dispute resolution practices at bargaining council and CCMA level. You will manage the HR department and provide strategic direction on HR and Payroll issues, talent management and full responsibility for recruitment and selection function, drive performance management initiatives, maintain sound employee relations and advice management on labour relations issues, liaise with unions and department of labour and drive compliance in all HR generalist, labour relations, skills development areas. Equity candidates will be given preference.
