The successful candidate must have a strong background in Recruitment and Training. Must have: Matric/Grade 12 HR Degree/Diploma 4-5 years Generalist experience Valid drivers licence Duties include but not limited to: Recruitment and Selection Induction Develop and implement annual training programs Manage and oversee the implementation of staff wellness program Manage bursary admin program Advise management on all HR related activities Provide monthly, quarterly and annual HR Reports on training and recruitment Must have knowledge of: LRA, BCEA, SDA, EEA
