My client is an FMCG company who seeks to employ a HR Officer.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Diploma or Degree in HR
Minimum 2 Years in an HR Office role
Knowledge of all relevant legislation

Role

Assistant Managers in the recruitment of suitable temp and perm staff
Ensure all vacancies are advertised internally and externally
Arrange interviews and make arrangements for pre-employment checks
Deal with routine correspondence to applicants
Improve on current selections procedures
Co-ordinate and arrange induction for new staff members
Maintain HR Policies and Procedures
