Communicate Recruitment, a specialized Recruitment Agency and part of ADvTECH, a JSE listed entity, are now recruiting for an experienced HR Officer to do their internal recruitment and handle all HR related issues. This is an amazing opportunity within the Company and requires a people-positive individual with zest and vigour for the Recruitment Industry and the company’s great people.



Qualification:

HR Diploma / Degree

Minimum of 5 years HR experience



Skills & Experience:

As HR Officer you will provide HR support to Managers and Employees.

Have a passion to recruit Top Talent for the business and build strong sales teams.

Understand the business and prioritize specific areas to meet the objectives of the Company culture, values and ethics.

Be aware and in touch with the people and their needs.

Have experience of encouraging, coaching and mentoring the current Recruitment Teams where and when possible and build strong relationships, identifying training and development needs through performance appraisals and personal development programmes as well as playing a part in retaining good people.

Know what confidentiality in the workplace means and requires of you, with Management, the Support Team as well as the Recruitment Consultants.



Principle Responsibilities:

Excellent Recruiter of Top Talent

Provide specialist HR Support and development to Line Managers

Compile Recruitment statistics and graphs for Brand Strategies

Compile and update monthly Organograms

Update and track Staff retention

Handle new Start process and documentation

Co-ordinate RST Training for new employees with H/O Training Department

Track and communicate Onboarding and Exit feedback with Management

Manage and Co-ordinate HR and Payroll resource with the Head Office

Employee Relations

Employee Wellness

Attitude of willingness to get involved in anything required from the business operations in general

Organizing and Co-ordinating end of the month Consultant events

Running general office errands with regards to celebrations and incentives in the business

Develop and uphold HR Policies

Identify potential issues or concerns

Ability to communicate at all levels

Sound IR, LRA and BCEA experience / knowledge

Managing Occupational Health & Safety in the CPT Office
