Our client in the plastics industry is looking for a HR Officer to join their company

Key responsibility
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Create and implement effective on-boarding plans
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Develop training and development programs

Key Requirements
- Manufacturing industry experience (plastic manufacturing as added advantage)
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or BCOM HR
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
