Qualification:
Diploma or
Degree in Human Resource Management
Skills & Experience:
2-3 years HR Generalist experience
Minimum of 1-year Payroll experience
Experience with commission calculations
Xero ERP System exposure, advantage
Job Description:
Actively develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business policies and procedures.
Ensure to bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, demands and other issues.
Hands on management of the recruitment and selection process.
Take control of the payroll process and system.
Focus on providing support to current and future business needs through engagement, development, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Ensure to oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Provide and maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Ensure legal compliance through Human Resource Management.
Develop and maintain policy creation and writing with regards to HR support to Managers and employees.
Actively identify training and development needs through performance appraisals and personal development programmes.
