Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements:
• 4-5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Relevant HR qualification.
• Experience in Engaging with HOD and Line Management.
• Experience in Organisational Design preferred.
• Strong operational HR experience.
• Experience within the manufacturing environment highly advantageous.

• Good understanding of legislative requirements.
• Knowledge of and experience working with systems (integrated) and intermediate knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Change management design and facilitation.
• Excellent relationship building experience at all levels.
• Highly innovative, proactive, persuasive, resilient and flexible.
• Strong analytical/ reasoning skills with good attention to detail.
