Purpose: To administer and facilitate the effective HR resourcing for the Group from CL graded roles, including:
? administering, coordinating and facilitating the recruitment and selection processes and managing any vendors used (e.g. media, recruitment agencies) in accordance with organisational policy.
? maintaining employment templates and administering the employment contracting process in accordance to the relevant in-country labour legislation.
? maintaining appropriate databases and providing appropriate reporting and commentary to the HR Executive.
? inducting new staff and facilitating and monitoring the overall onboarding process applied in the Corporate Office and on the sites.
? facilitating and overseeing the probation programme.
? administering the expat documentation compliance.

Requirements
? Relevant undergraduate degree or national diploma
? At least 3 years relevant experience within a formal HR function or department
? Willingness to travel to sites
? Proficiency with Word, Excel and Powerpoint
