Human Resource Practitioner
Established dynamic Manufacturing concern is currently seeking to employ an HR Practitioner to join their successful team.
We are seeking a committed, hardworking, analytical and target driven individual. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency of all HR related matters.
Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
• 5 – 8 years’ experience in the HR Field
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Must have excellent planning, organisational, analytical and decision making skills
• Good communication skills on all levels (written & verbal)
• Must be confident, tactful and able to use discretion when dealing with people
• Able to multitask and manage a demanding workload in a pressures environment
• Must be able to think on your feet and meet deadlines
Duties will include but aren’t limited to:
• Recruitment
• Personnel Administration
• Arrange staff training
• Organisational development
• Provide advice and information to management & employees
• Performance management
• Change management agent
• Industrial relations (disciplinary & rehabilitation processes)
