International and well established concern is seeking an HR Practitioner to join their Team ASAP.

Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Relevant HR Qualification
5 years’ experience as an HR Officer within a Manufacturing environment
Experience with bargaining council etc.
Strong IR, Recruitment and Training experience

Some duties: Not limited to:
Recruitment: Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, give selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments
Personnel Administration: Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, leave and training, and prepare associated management reports.
Arrange staff training: Liaise with the Training and Development department for all staff training needs.
Organisational Development: Use management information systems to record, maintain, plan and manage the organisation's human resources.
Provide advice and information: Advice management and employees on personnel policies and procedures, including equal opportunity, anti-discrimination and occupational health and safety programs.
Advise Management and Employees on personnel policies, career development and any HR related issues like Employee Assistance Programmes.
Performance Management: Guide management and staff on the optimal application and implementation of the performance management process.
Change Management Agent: Assist in effecting organisational changes (e.g. those following from industrial relations legislation, revised job classification structures or technological changes).
Industrial Relations: Manage internal and external disciplinary and rehabilitation processes.

Salary: Negotiable depending experience and qualifications
