Duties:
To build and nurture internal relations with subcontractors
To ensure continuous, constructive feedback between subcontractors and company
To assist aligning subcontractor skills with market demands and the company’s strategic goals

Principal Activities:

1. Subcontractor Relationship:
Oversee the running of a feedback survey to identify subcontractors needs, motivators, recurring challenges, company blind spots, and areas of improvement
Assist with the compilation of feedback survey results
Together with management determine the pool of subcontractors talents, nurture healthy relationship and document/file all interactions
Point of contact for the subcontractors for issues/concerns (excluding rates)
Propose & implement action plans for issues/concerns
Attend all premob and demob meetings

2. Growth & Development:
Research possible training initiatives and potential subcontractors recipients for the improvement/development of skills to align with company strategic objectives
Support function to other departments to ensure the facilitation of initiatives
Monitor the progress of identified initiatives
Load into CI, performance reviews of subcontractors when received, thus ensuring performance management

3. Communication of Internal Market:
Communicate relevant company policies and procedures to subcontractors
Notify subcontractors of any changes within the company that might affect them

4. Career Management:
Identify priority skills and talented subcontractors
Together with the subcontractor, propose training initiatives to develop their career
Compile a training plan for talented subcontractors, monitor the implementation progress and report on success rate & viability
Propose and implement initiatives to retain priority skills
