SIX MONTH MATERNITY COVER CONTRACT (March-August 2018).

Main responsibility:
Employee Engagement

Provide guidance and support to employees and line managers on employee benefits, guidelines and procedures.

Ensure the monthly administration of all HR operations initiatives are done smoothly, i.e. medical aid, group life cover, gap cover, leave, etc.

Assist with all project interventions and initiatives on employee engagement for the organisation.

Liaise with service providers (vendors) to ensure all employee benefits administration is updated monthly for submission to Finance.

Support and deliver monthly reports on activities such as terminations, new engagements check-ins, wellness initiatives.

Employee Wellness
Support and administer wellness initiatives including the corporate wellness month in Cape Town and regional offices.
Support the wellness initiatives including sourcing new vendors and suppliers for wellness initiatives.
Assist gym trainers with administration support

Qualifications
Tertiary degree with an Organisational/Industrial Psychology component would be desirable.
