Job Purpose:The purpose of this role is to provide business with value add HR data and reports that informs their HR and Business strategies. It is to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness through continuous process improvement and the automation of HR processes, maintenance and the enhancement of the HRIS. The incumbent in this role will also provide support, training and guidance to all system users (HR community, management and employees).
Formal Qualifications:
• Grade 12
• Degree/diploma Computer Information System/ Information Technology (a must)
• HR degree/diploma would be an advantage
Experience :
• 5-8 years Reporting and HR System Administration working experience
• Data manipulation experience within an HR environment
• Gathering functional requirements and developing technical specifications
• Compiling test cases and conducting User system’s testing
• Creating and delivering presentations
• Conducting user training
• Developing work processes
