A company requires a Talent Acquisition Manager

Duties:
- Agency management
- Talent attraction and acquisition
- Headhunting
- Database/ research management
- Efficiency for talent acquisition process and delivery

Requirements:
• A Degree in Human Resources/ BCom HR, BCom Industrial Psychology/BBA ±any other relevant business degree qualification
• Post Graduate degree in HR related field is advantageous
• Minimum of eight (8) years recruitment, executive search and/or generalist experience in human resources
• At least five (5) years management level experience in a Talent Search/Executive Search or Recruitment and Selection environment.

Salary: Market related
