Some duties include but are not limited to compiling a strategic framework for skills acquisition programmes, monitor and assess the impact of training initiatives, identify skills gaps, manage training staff and manage the section within time and budget.
Must have a Human Science Degree and / or related field. 5 years’ experience in a similar role managing a Department within the FMCG industry. Facilitator / Coaching skills.
