An integral part of the farm foods management team and responsibilities span across all businesses within the farm foods environment

Human capital planning, cost management, productivity and effectiveness improvement
Design, implement effective performance management practices
Talent management - implement effective talent acquisition, identification, development and retention processes
Succession planning and talent pipeline development
Employee relations and labour law management
Central contact point for employees and managers concerning people issues
Culture and communication strategy implementation

Requirements: -

Honours in Human Resources Management
B Com Human Resources Management
Min 10 years experience in similar role
