Human Capital Officer
(HR Officer)
We are looking to appoint an HC Officer at one of my client in the Manufacturing Industry. Please note that candidates MUST be willing to work at all levels e.g. filing, IR and EE Committee meetings, etc. AND have experience in a multi unionised environment (NUMSA being one of the unions if at all possible), also experience within a manufacturing environment as per below:
Up to 5 years post qualification experience within a similar industry. Knowledge of the BCOE, EEA, LRA, SDA and any other related Acts. Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (SAP would be advantageous). Proven experience dealing within a multi unionized environment is required. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Above average computer skills with regard to MS-Excel. Proven working knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Outlook and MS-Powerpoint. Good administration, project management and organising skills. Strong sense of confidentiality and trust.
