Responsibilities:
Ensure application and compliance with Company policies, procedures and legislative requirements
Assist with the recruitment and selection process
Ensure Effective implementation of succession plan and individual development plans
Drive recruitment and selections process internally and externally
Ensure the appropriate onboarding and induction process for all new employees t
Manage probations periods through ensuring performance objectives are both clearly defined between the new employee and the line manager and reviewed throughout the period
Manage sound employee relations by advising on and leading the implementation of effective disciplinary, grievance, restructuring, incapacity, and conflict resolution activities
Assist management with the implementation succession planning and career
development practices
Work as the custodian of all people related policy and procedure providing
effective advice, response, and implementation
Where required participate in and/or lead HR Projects
Provide support in regards to the implementation of the HR strategy and delivering
on HR strategic objectives

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
Computer literate especially in Excel
At least two years' relevant experience
