Human Resource Development Manager needed for a leading engineering company in Johannesburg! This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Development Manager to perform duties in training and transformation to develop, implement and monitor the Social and Labour Plan, including ABET, succession Planning, learnership programmes, mentoring programmes and employee housing, supervise training budgetary process, ensure that core HR functions and targets are coordinated and implemented. Ideally you will have a Postgraduate degree in Industrial Psychology and/or relevant HR degree and be regsitered as an Assessor and Moderator. A minimum of 8 years experience in an operational HR role in engineering environment is essential.
