Our client, a leading Engineering firm is urgently looking for a Human Resources Manager: Africa (a recruitment specialist to recruit for African countries i.e. Angola, Namibia, Zambia, Mocambique, Malawi and Botswana) to join its team in Boksburg.

Outputs
Closing deals according to company processes
Drive recruitment initiatives through the territory recruitment teams
Regular meetings with staff
Negotiation with clients in terms of contracts, salary packages etc.
Plan, implement and develop new business
Business development
Client and account management duties
Advertising of jobs
Assessing of job specs from clients
Achieve team and personal monthly targets
Minimum Requirements
Matric
Relevant 4 year degree (e..g. BCom HRM, Industrial Psychology, BSoc Sc, BTech HRM)
3 - 4 years in-depth experience and understanding of Recruitment
Previous experience working with/in the African countries
