Human Resource Practitioner

Contract position available for an HR Pratitioner to start immediately.
Description
Main Responsibilities
Provides a generalist HR service to managers
coordinates and facilitates relevant HR workshops/interventions/initiatives
Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with HR Leadership
Implementation of relevant Centers of Excellence’ solutions to address key business challenges
Ensures customer queries are escalated to the right level and right stakeholder
Minimum Requirements
Degree or Diploma In HR
3 to 5 years experience in similar position
Knowledge of BCEA, Employment Equity, Labour Relations Act and Development Act
