The successful incumbent should currently be working in a Senior HR role and should have an HR degree or Diploma with a minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources.

The applicant should have the relevant experience in interviewing candidates and screening suitable candidates for senior roles. The said applicant should be presentable and must come across as a confident decision maker who has the ability to easily network with very senior executives, as business development will be a key part of the role. No office hours are required for this role and the successful BEE Partner for this opportunity will be required to utilize his or her current relationships and network generally on a day to day basis. This individual should have the ability to take advantage of his network when an opportunity of referral business presents itself.
