Our client requires the services of a suitably qualified, well-motivated and results driven candidate to take up the role of a Human Resource Business Partner.
Purpose of the role:
Provide a comprehensive HR advisory service to business units and staff to ensure that they follow best practices in the management of their staff and to ensure compliance with legal requirements

Required Minimum Education/Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or equivalent / Business Degree of qualification is an added advantage
Required Minimum Work Experience:
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a general Human Resources environment or related field
Knowledge / Competencies
Management experience
Exposure in handling unionised workforce
Business acumen and analytical ability
Good interpersonal, organizational, facilitation and negotiation skills required
Exposure into specialist functions: recruitment, training and development, employee relations, remuneration, employee wellness, and HR projects, an advantage
Fair Exposure to HRIS
