Human Resources Executive
Introduction
Our client is a National fashion retailer and they have a vacancy for a Human Resources Executive at their head office.

Description
Duties (will include but not limited to):

Team development, motivation and leadership; ability to get the best out of the team
Ability to add to the CEO's vision yet to bring the structure required to actively move towards that vision - the ability to start, drive and complete projects, to bring ideas to life
High-level networker, the ability to open doors in new areas, countries and networks
Ability to evaluate complex issues and make decisions on the ground
Executive performance management
Direct experience in project management, contracts, human resources, general management
Ability to read, analyse and interpret financial reports and legal documents
Respond to inquiries or complaints from clients, regulatory agencies or business community
To effectively collate and reduce the ideas of others into words and present information to the board of directors
Ability to engage with different stakeholders at different levels
To thrive in an entrepreneurial environment through an inherent understanding of the delicate balance between implementing structures and remaining responsive to the market
Profile
Minimum Requirements:

Successful experience at an Executive level
Detailed knowledge of the South African retail landscape
A minimum of a B-degree and preferably a post-graduate HR-related qualification
Between 8 and 10 years HR generalist experience at a management level, with at least 3 years in a senior HR management role
Experience obtained within a retail environment will be an advantage
Industrial relations, collective bargaining and dispute resolution experience
Experience in working across geographies an added advantage
