Human Resources (HR) Executive (AA Female)

Permanent position for a well qualified and seasoned HR Executive Manager/ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) Specialist for a leading mining client in Johannesburg.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree / Equivalent
• Minimum of 15 years mining experience in HR Management.
• Experience in ESG (Environment Social Governance)
• Must have operated on senior level.
• Lead advice company board on all HR related matters.
• Be able to communicate with executives and all employees.
