URGENCY: High – Start 01st December 2014

International group are looking for an HR Manager to coordinate the Human Resources Department in the implementation of Human Resource policies and practices and to achieve business objectives.

FUNCTIONS:
1. Recruitment - ensure the adequate supply of suitably skilled labour to meet company strategic goals and objectives
2. Rumuneration – apply remuneration policies and procedures
3. Training & development – manage related processes, systems, procedures, methods and programmes.
4. Industrial relations – ensure the application of sound industrial relations policies, practices and the procedures throughout the organisation.
5. Legal compliance – ensure compliance with all employment related legistlation and align the companys practices with established policies and procedures.
6. Employee Wellness – manage wellness initiaves and programmes to maintain and improve health and wellness.
7. Administration – Ensure efficient operations within the HR administrative

10. People management & development

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree in Human Resources / Social Science
2. 5 years + HR Management
3. Experience in dealing with trade unions

PACKAGE:
Basic salary - R40,000 to R45,000
