Our client - an international leading engineering manufacturing concern - is looking for a Human Resources Manager based at their cape town Epping Factory.

Position: Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager forms part of the Divisional Management Team and as such takes overall responsibility for all Divisional Human Capital service

Personnel Specification:
• A suitable Diploma/Degree in HR with at least 5 - 10 years’ management experience in a similar position within a manufacturing/engineering industry.
• Thorough knowledge of all applicable labour legislation/ BBBEE and is an authority on working in a unionized environment
• Proficiency in MS Office as well as SAP/ ACCYS HR programmes
• The successful candidate will handle pressure, be a change agent and have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• the Human Resources Manager will be a well respected, independent leader, who manages fairly, has an excellent work ethic and is disciplined in all approaches
• Assessments will be one of the methods utilised during the interview process
• Salary will be market related & in line with the role seniority
