You will be reporting to the National GM HR and have the mandate to own, develop and manage effective HR systems and processes focused on adding value while remaining nimble. The HR team have a wide base of internal customers with projects varying for on-going maintenance of public infrastructure through to very large complex projects.

We are looking for an experienced HR manager. Ideally you will have a generalist background with experience across HR systems in large scale resources, heavy industry or related companies. The role has a strong focus on change and improving processes in a very practical environment. While strategic this is also a very hands on role and the ability to influence line managers in challenging environments.
