Human Resources Operations Lead - Pretoria
The HR Operations Lead is responsible for providing support, working closely with the HR Director to drive HR Strategy and ensure alignment with the business strategy.
Primary Role Accountabilities
Seeks and ensures implementation of opportunities to streamline HR processes across the sectors
Implements an integrated strategic plan for HR Operations to support business performance, builds a culture of operational excellence that align with the overall Business Strategy
Identifies HR initiatives which progresses understanding of cultural diversity and inclusion principles and their impact on BPs performance
Owns HR processes, and will review and amend the processes accordingly
Learning and Development of annual capabilities development plans to ensure continued supply of capabilities required to support sustainable business performance aligned to the Business strategy
Leads the implementation of cohesive and focused capabilities development plans aligned to staff and customer needs
Ensures class recruitment processes for mature and inexperienced hires, e.g. graduates and interns
Provides leadership and ensures implementation of Human Capital Strategic Directives like Employment Equity, BEE, Skills Development
Continually identifies opportunities for improving processes, business efficiencies and customer service.
The candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking & will be able to create, implement and execute strategy.
He or she will craft a blueprint for training and talent management.
Demonstrate leadership & talent; is discreet, driven, energetic and has passion for his/her work.
Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience & Qualifications
A Tertiary degree
Post-graduate qualification in behavioural and business science an advantage
2 years of strategic and organisational development experience
Computer literacy is essential.
