• Valid Grade 12 certificate/NQF4 equivalent related qualification (ETDP certified)
• A valid driver’s license
• A valid Passport for international travel
• A degree in Industrial Psychology (BA or B.Com)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience at Senior Training or HRD Level with contactable landline references
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Skills Development Facilitator with contactable landline references
• Knowledge of all legislation: Sectorial Determination, Skills Development Act, Skills Development Levy Act, BBBEE Code, SETA
• Computer literate –fully qualified in writing and designing course materials across all different platforms (needs analysis, course design,
facilitation, assessment and evaluation)
• Excellent Change Management and Financial Analysis skills
• Extraordinary interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Strategic and focussed thinker to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Highly organised and efficient with the ability to work independently
• Police Clearance certificate

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate all training initiatives in terms of induction, change management, internal product and system in support of a continuous innovative culture
Compile and manage the CAPEX and OPEX budget to make training financially viable
Draw, manage and execute training plans, general and technical training functions
Conclude SLA’s and maintain sound business relationships
Manage learnership programmes, the Learning Management Programme
Perform all the Skills Development Facilitator functions in support of the Company’s mandate
Attend CIB meetings
