Five years H.R. & IR Management & Transformation experience.
Health & Safety Management
ISO 9001:2008 Management
Manage HR processes, including, recruitment, training, policies & procedures, payroll, third parties, i.e. Medical Aid, Provident Fund, etc.
Legislative reporting in terms of Equity to DOL & Skills to SETA.
Manage and get involved in Industrial Relations processes, including CCMA, Disciplinary processes, Wage Negotiations, restructurings, etc.
Transformation – Compile and report on BEE (Quarterly).
Oversee annual BEE ratings by Empowerdex.
Implement and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, procedures and processes.
Management Representative for ISO 9001:2008.
