This is a fantastic opportunity for a Industrial Relations Specialist to perform duties in IR functions, CCMA representation, recruitment and selection, performance management and implementing employee assistance programmes. Ideally you will have a Degree/Diploma in HR/Industrial Psychology and or Labour Law. A minimum of 8 years experience as Industrial Relations in an engineering environment is essential.
