Innovation Product Manager
IT Tactical
Purpose Summary
Responsible for driving the process of introducing innovative solutions in alignment with business needs and requirements, and delivering a strategically aligned innovation and renovation pipeline with new products which conform to quality and safety standards.
Job Description
Manage innovation initiatives inclusive of projects supporting consumer innovation, research and development, and commercial products and services.
Lead opportunities of new product development including opportunity definition, business plan, scope, requirements and execution.
Develops sustainable, cost effective, competitive and innovative digital solutions and structures.
Define scope of solutions and ensure understanding of scope by business users.
Develop and present proposals, updates, issues and findings to senior management inclusive of suggestions, risk mitigation, cost benefit analysis and action plans.
Perform as business resource with technology partners & internal stakeholders, vendors and suppliers.
Manage and maintain good stakeholder relationships and ensure delivery on agreed requirements.
Analyse and understand the current business environment and strategies, as well as trends and developments in the industry.
Assembles a team of resources to design and implement solutions.
Research, document and prepare business cases on appropriate technologies, which will align with the business strategies.
