JOB PURPOSE
Provide guidance, thinking and management for new technologies around Group and TCC applications/ systems integration, including how they could benefit Company and its Operating Divisions.
Responsible for the management of Company-wide and TCC application/systems middleware capabilities, e.g. SAP Governance Risk & Compliance (SAP GRC, SAP HCM) and manage information exchange capabilities that sits on any platform within Company.
To work with the business owners and end-user community (across core divisions and Group) to understand immediate and future needs for the production environment, as well as recommended enhancements.
Lead the establishment and execution of IT quality assurance framework and metrics to ensure adequate incorporation of quality methods and procedures.
Lead and manage the establishment and execution of applications/systems testing methods and procedures are executed in accordance with required business requirements, standards and guidelines
Responsible for the development of functional requirements for applications/systems development initiatives.
Evaluate the fit of new initiatives into Group technical and functional applications middleware landscape as well as undertake research and development into using improved integration technologies to improve Company business processes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure compliance to EIMS policies, standards, practices in order to ensure effective and consistent quality of applications/systems development projects for Company-wide and TCC specific.
Develops plans and frameworks for evaluating, applications/systems integration, IT solutions quality assurance, testing and crafting of functional
Provides policy and procedure guidance to ensure that activities are accomplished on time and in a cost effective manner.
Identify and resolve any integration/middleware issues, identify the tools, methods, and work plans that require integration/middleware and maintain the tools.
Collect information from project team members to review progress, issues and forecasts and report on deviations from applications/systems integration frameworks.
Develop, update and maintain the applications/systems integration frameworks.
Support solution implementation and system integration by providing specialised guidance and governance to technology projects
Provide strategic thinking for new technologies around integration and how they could benefit TCC.
Act as a Middleware Technical specialist by assisting business analysts and project managers in determining all middleware and technical requirements to implement project.
Support solution development by consulting on how best to leverage SAP integration standards, best practices, assets and frameworks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Unless the incumbent can demonstrate that he/she has gained the necessary competencies through experience a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems is required.
8-10 Years experience in a similar position within an IT environment is required
Working experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
At least 6 years' experience in managing large scale projects
