Matric
HR Qualification advantageous
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in Internal Recruitment understating the full Recruitment Cycle
High level of confidentiality
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent computer skills in an MS Office environment, including Word, Outlook and Excel
Attention to detail
Job Description:
Collaborate with management to understand hiring requirements and expectations to meet hiring objectives.
Creating job descriptions and provide recommendations on interviewing and hiring processes.
Execute recruiting strategies to efficiently fill open requisitions within set timeframes.
Research and build applicant sources using a variety of outlets, such as job postings, job search engines, referrals, social media, and internet sites amongst others.
Screen, interview, and determine candidate qualifications specific to related requirements and job openings.
Schedule interviews for hiring managers and assist with the evaluation and selection of qualified candidates.
Keeping updated on the best recruiting practices.
Maintain proper applicant data tracking.
Provide daily recruiting data to manager.
Research and recommend new approaches and processes for continual improvement in the talent acquisition efforts.
Conduct new hire and on boarding process, including communicating employment offers, conducting reference checks.
Administration: ensuring accuracy on all employment contracts and other new employee docs. Accurate and timely submission of documents to payroll.
This role will be based in Cape Town and will be recruiting nationally.
