An exciting position has just opened for an energetic IR/HR Officer in Krugersdorp with a growing Security Company.

Salary is dependent on experience - R190'000 to R240'000 Per Annum CTC.

A Successful Candidate will possess the following:

*National Diploma Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations Management.
*Experience in Chairing Disciplinary Enquiries, Issuing Disciplinary Notices, Updating and Formulating Disciplinary Codes and Policies.
*Disciplinary Inductions.
*Company representation at CCMA (including building case files and conducting investigations).
*Report writing on HR.
*Employment Equity Reports.
*WSP & ATR Reports.
*Conflict resolution experience.
*Ability to communicate effectively on all levels, from general worker to boardroom.
*Full Computer Literacy on MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
*Competent on LRA, BCEA and relevant BC and Statutory Council legislation as gazetted.
*Ability to remain up to date on possible changes in terms of relevant legislation.
*Valid RSA Drivers Licence and Own Vehicle.
