• WELL SPOKEN ENGLISH AND AFRIKAANS
• ABLE TO WORK LONG AND IRREGULAR HOURS AND SHIFTS
• ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
• STRONG MS OFFICE AND MS EXCEL
. The ideal candidates will for our purposes have as their main mission to conduct Quality Inspection within a production environment.
Conduct daily quality inspections.
Record results of inspections accurately and submit the completed records to the relevant parties.
Reporting of nonconformities to the Quality Manager
. Valuate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective and or preventive action
. Approve finished products assuring that the product conforms to technical specifications and drawings.
Assist the direct area Industrial Engineer with improvement projects and the implementation thereof.
Assist with general administration duties as required from time to time.
Understand and implement the quality strategy for the Company
. Assume responsibility of the Quality function within the Company.
Continuous inspection of quality and ensuring that all products are dispatched on standard.
Identify areas for quality improvement and implement initiatives to improve the standard and quality.
Administrate quality documentation
. Assist production lines with unforeseen quality challenges, provide guidance and implement corrective actions.
Maintain a high Quality standard on the manufacturing floor
