Job Description

Must increase customer awareness and market share
Must ensure company growth by giving high customer service
Must improve and meet annual budgets
Must always have knowledge of competitors products and prices and pass this knowledge onto management
Must complete own admin and filing
Must do additional tasks if asked by management
Must check stock levels weekly and provide reports
Ensure that any client queries are responded to timeously
Ensure that all deliveries are followed up on
Ensure that quotations are provided for the clients
Ensure the company code of ethics are adhered to
Ensure that the telephone is always answered quickly
Responsible for ensuring that company customer base is increased by means of Telesales
Responsible for providing customer targets with necessary company information with regards to products, samples and brochures
Responsible for material availability and stock holding
Responsible for goods received
Responsible for the control of “down grades”
Responsible for analysing the stock reports
Responsible for maintaining monthly price lists for customers
Responsible for finding solutions to customer complaints
Responsible for giving clients the required knowledge on products
Liaise with customers on the progress of their orders
Occasional overtime will be required
Ensure that stock take is done correctly
Assist in monthly stock reports
Always promoting company product
Reviewing the company forecast monthly
Completing quotations

Minimum Requirements

Must have a Matric Certificate with Maths
Experience in a sales environment
SYSPRO knowledge is advantageous
Proficiency in MS Office
Must have a valid driver’s license
