DUTIES:

? Manage Switchboard
? Assisting clients with hiring orders, compiling quotations
? Filing & General office admin
? Petty cash

REQUIREMENTS:

? Matric
? Excellent communication skills
? Have a good telephone and client-facing manner
? Fluent in Afrikaans & English (Speak, read & write)
? Reception / Frontline experience (min. 2 years)
? Computer literate (Ms Word, Excel)
? Ability to work well under pressure
