Our client in Paarl is looking for an Junior Travel consultant in their corporate travel division

Key requirements (please do not apply if you do not have these requirements.)
A travel / tourism qualification will be an advantage
Computer literate
Strong administrative background
Ability to work under pressure within a team environment
Adherence to strict deadlines

Duties and responsibilities:
Loading of new suppliers in finance system
Following up on outstanding invoices from suppliers
Paygate (process manual payments) on request from consultant team
2nd in line to man the switchboard
Issue vouchers & e-tickets (travel documents) on behalf of consultants
Assist with supplier reporting & data
Assist with pre-payments (gather documentation, arranging payment by finance division)
Assist with manual hotel & car reservations (call suppliers not loaded in the system)

Salary range around R5 000-R6 000
