The Role

The Purpose of the job is to provide customers a main point of contact for the management, control and maintenance of RTT key customers for retention, growth, operational efficiency and profitability

Key Accountabilities
•Visit customers on an ongoing basis.
•Trouble Shoot and provide customers with operational solutions.
•Communicate effectively back to customer on an ongoing basis.
•Negotiate contracts and other operational challenges.
•Ensure customer satisfaction in line with essential duties.
•Entertain customers at multiple levels.
•Assist in Debt collection.
•Manage and ensure customer satisfaction.

•Manage, Control and ensure customer budget expectations.

Must be able to work on office Word / Power Point / Excel
