Our Client within the Motor Industry are currently seeking a Labour Relations Field Researcher.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the labour market research project budget; reporting and tracking project expenses
• Coordinate research projects with relevant stakeholders
• Engage with stakeholders and management
• Conduct research
• Interpret data
• Provide data interpretation reports
• Compile strategy and operational plan in conjunction with management team including monitoring and evaluating the plan
• Assist the GS in compiling presentation on Labour Market matters
• Responsible for policy working group coordination in the review and development of policies and procedures as well as monitoring and evaluation for review purposes

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Degree in Economics, Social Science, Commerce or equivalent
• 5 years proven experience working in a Labour Relations field as Researcher required
• Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Requirements
• Budget development and management skills
• Knowledge of research methodologies and techniques
• Ability in creating, synthesis and analysis of data
• Strong project management and multi-taking skills
• Superior organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative along with problem solving abilities
• Ability to build strong effective relationships with colleagues and management
• Good team player and be able to collaborate with team members
• Proven report writing skills
• Be able to persuade and negotiate with members diplomatically
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
